March 1st Reaveal for Treasured Scrapbooking

Yep it is that time again - another gorgeous kit to reveal

Here are my first couple of projects using this awesome kit



I have already started working on my assignments for the reveal on the 15th too - I just love working with this kit - I can't wait to share them!!

Please Say A Prayer For This Family

This is about a fellow scrapbooker - a very talented and caring lady ~Nikki.
On Tuesday April 29th, 2008, her daughter Ellie was diagnosed with a diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG); an incredibly aggressive and inoperable tumor in her brain stem. There is no known cure for this rare tumor and only a 10% survival rate.


Well this morning I awoke to read this message...
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2009 12:15 AM, CST
Our sweet Ellie Rose left this earth tonight at 9:15pm to go home to Jesus. She was surrounded by family and friends and so many who loved her. She raised her right hand to Heaven and I could feel God reach down and carry her safely to His kingdom, where I am confident that she was greeted by many fellow angels. She passed peacefully, while lying between her mama and dada. We love you, sweet little Ellena ~ you will be forever 5, forever whole and forever in our hearts until we meet again.

More Fabulous Treasured Scrapbooking stuff

ok folks this is the rest of my creations using this awesome kit from Treasured Scrapbooking - I just loved this Feb kit - it was so much fun to work with.




This was an old wooden trincket box that i got at a thrift store for a quarter - I altered it to match my daughters room decor - she loved it!!

Another FABULOUS Kit from Treasured Scrapbooking

This month's kit was just incredible to work with - I can only show you a few things I created with this kit - the rest will be posted after the 15th of the month.




and here is my challenge layout for the month of Feb in TS - the challenge is called "Clearly Love" and I asked that everyone creates a layout showcasing something that they love (not people) and they are required to use some sort of CLEAR element on the page.
